Miss Fox...Time to Come Out and Plaaay!!!
Alicia Fox
Foxy!!! This girl is so gorgeous! When she first came on the scene (she's another model-turned-wrestler), she reminded me a bit Stacy Keibler, a beautiful girl with long legs and a killer smile, who just couldn't wrestle at alll. Except Alicia became a much better wrestler than Stacy ever was. Seriously, Alicia and Natalya put on the best matches against each other when they perform on WWE shows that are not RAW or Smackdown! Why they have her as basically a jobber is beyond me. They use her to put other divas over, constantly. STOP THAT! Alicia is super talented, and deserves to be at the top of the diva roster.
But here's the real problem with Alicia: you never know if she is a face or a heel. One show she is face, the next show she is a heel. Her character is flip flopped constantly. Which is a shame, because she can actually wrestle. She has put on some solid matches in NXT.
What I have noticed, while watching WWE tv, is this: they use her for their charity events. I always see she, Layla, and Stephanie at these charity events that the company is a part of.
I get the feeling the company doesn't have much faith in her ability to make money for them. Let's face it, she is black and does not have the racial make-up that the WWE's core audience (white men) like to see, men who prefer seeing a Torrie Wilson/Kelly Kelley type girl (basically white blonde women) fight. More often than not, black female wrestlers are portrayed as heels, which sucks because she's better than most of the divas on the roster and could make a great face. Might I also add, as long as she has been with WWE, she has only held the title once, for a very short period of time (two to three months).
Her wrestling gear suits her, mostly. She wears different fox hood shawls, as seen in the very first picture. But she takes it off to wrestle in, which makes her outfits the same as most of the other divas. She definitely needs new gear to fit whatever gimmick she has.
Alicia is one of the divas who needs to be put with a tag team, as their manager, just so she can get some airtime. Hopefully it would lead to a feud with another manager, which would place them in singles matches, which could lead her to another championship title in the near future. Place her with Prime Time Players, because their hijinks would be funny. Make her their mean, manipulative, sassy manager while they run around getting into trouble. Make her mean, make her nice, but make her something. Anything, please!!! It could be fun.

Aksana, the Lithuainian Beauty...
Aksana
My word, how lovely is she. I don't know too much about her. I know she was a NXT contestant, a champion bodybuilder, and has a Lithuanian accent.
Aksana, bodybuilder
While searching YouTube, I came across some vids of her and Layla pranking one another in character. It was some funny stuff. Why it doesn't air on tv, I just do not understand. Maybe it's part of the whole social media thing that WWE does. A feud could be started between them based on those segments alone.
I recently saw another backstage segment with her, Tamina, Brodus, Naomi, and Cameron. She was really great at playing a sexy kitten. She's got great mic skills.
Aksana and Antonio Cesaro
I hated her when she was involved with Teddy Long, it was kinda gross. She was much better with Antonio Cesaro because they fit. I would like to see her back with him, having an occasional match here and there, because I think she needs a little more training for her in-ring work.
Aksana's former look...which do you prefer: blond or brunette Aksana?
I think she'd be great as AJ's bodyguard, in a role similar to Big E. Especially if the title is placed on AJ (she could help her keep it). Otherwise, until she gains more ring experience, I'd make her a manager/valet for a stable (maybe the S.H.I.E.L.D.? She and Natalya would make great female members!) and constantly pit her against Naomi and Cameron as their clients (whomever they may be) battle against one another.
Her ring gear fits her well enough. I get the sexy dominatrix-like look she's going for, but the unitard is just not very flattering.
She needs to improve in the ring. She's not bad, but she's not great either. She's got the basics down, but I'd like to see her get a few more moves in and have a fantastic finisher with a foreign name. She could be an incredibly big thing for the divas division, if used properly.

Where Oh Where Has A.J. Gone...?
What has happened with AJ has more than pissed me off. The company gives her golden opportunities to shine. She runs with it, shines, and before you know it they switch her storyline up. So let's get to it.
AJ Lee
Oh where to begin with AJ, former NXT contestant, reminiscent of Mickie James. She was lots of fun on NXT, you wanted her to win the competition. She was boring after she made it to the roster when the contest was over. Then she hooked up with Daniel Bryan. That was the turning point in her career. That relationship opened a black hole of opportunity for this young lady. She went to the top of the roster after they were paired up. Which led her to being the most talked about diva in the company, in a good way.
I loved crazy AJ. The whole Bryan/Kane/Punk angle was truly one of the most creative and fascinating things WWE has done in years. Her bits with Kane were weird, sexy, and hilarious. It was great storytelling, because you never knew what was going to happen, that's how crazy AJ was.
AJ Lee, General Manager
I loved general manager AJ, even the whole Cena bit. Why they didn't do an AJ's RAW vs. Booker's Smackdown war is beyond me, considering how they treated each other and showed up unannounced on each other's shows making matches. (It kinda pissed me off that they didn't do an angle with her and Stephanie, due to how similar they look in their business suits. How great would it have been to have AJ being so grateful to Vince for her GM position, she starts emulating Stephanie and acting like Vince's daughter!).
Dolph Ziggler, AJ Lee,
I do not love AJ with Dolph Ziggler. She went from being a star on the rise to the top, to being an annoying bratty little sister-type pushed to the back burner. I do not understand why they built her up, only to scale her back to being what she is now.
If WWE is going to make them WWE's next power couple, a few things need to happen. First, give them some solid face foils, someone the crowd loves to cheer for. Secondly, AJ and company needs to be mean, nasty, and sneaky. Thirdly, a group name is warranted to make them a legitimate stable.
If they are not going to do anything big with Ziggler/AJ/Big E, separate them. Let AJ go back to being a singles competitor out to win the championship.
In my opinion, she's an ok wrestler. She flops around too much for my taste when she's selling an opponents move. Maybe because she's so tiny, she is trying to make it believable. She is another one who needs to improve ring-wise. Her mic skills are great, and she is a heck of an actress.
Her old look was cute and perfect for her old character. She had the whole plaid thing with skulls look going for her. And it worked.
But now that she is with Dolph, she needs new ring gear. I don't think she has wrestled in a singles match since she and Dolph hooked up (but I could be mistaken about that), but she needs something edgier. Her out-of-ring wear is fine. It suits her character.
The one thing I do not want to see happen quickly is Kaitlyn vs. AJ for the title. That is one fight that needs to simmer for a bit. If done correctly, they could have a feud equal to Lita vs. Trish. But chances are AJ will take it off her with Big E's help. Then she will hold it for a while. I don't think AJ or Kaitlyn are ready to be the champ. But it's not my call.

Kaitlyn...
I love the divas, I really do. However, I hate what the company is doing with them (or lack thereof). The divas division could use a makeover, for sure. They are getting some things right. So let's start with Kaitlyn, the divas champion, because the division should be built around that person.
Kaitlyn, WWE Divas Champion
Now, Kaitlyn calls herself the hybrid diva. What does that really mean? Is it because she's a tomboyish diva? Maybe because she doesn't look like a typical diva? She has a more muscular build (due to her bodybuilder background) than the typical model-thin divas hired over the past few years. She's cute as a button!
I don't know why she calls herself hybrid. Here's what I do know, the girl can wrestle. She's just green and needs to work on her timing, which may be why we have not seen her on tv lately, she's in training.
I must confess, I did not like Kaitlyn when she came into the company. I didn't like her attitude, her clothes, her demeanor, or anything about her. Until she and Eve started their feud, I could not stand her.
She and Eve had a solid match for the championship. I loved how she dogged Eve in their matches and kept after the title, until she won it. The girl reminds me of a pitbull that doesn't stop attacking when she wrestles. She can hit a spear that Edge would be proud of.
Clearly, she's one of the physically strongest divas in the company. That characteristic needs to be played up, like Beth Phoenix, but not so dominating. She needs to stay face for a while. I didn't see much of her character on NXT (mainly because I do not watch it), but from what I did see, she was just one of the boys. Between her strength and one-of-boys personality, she could easily be a fighting champ like Sheamus was.
Speaking of Sheamus, I would love to see them in a romantic angle together. Something along the lines of them hanging out and playing video games, but being completely oblivious to the fact that they like each other. But make it funny. Like two awkward best friends that fall for each other.
I have no issue with her current wrestling gear, it is distinguishable from the other ladies.
As for her title reign, I'd love to see her take on Tamina and Natalya in a fierce rivalry. I think they could put on some intense unbelievable matches.

Trish Stratus HOF 2013!
Hats off to Trish Stratus! She is being inducted to the WWE Hall of Fame! Congratulations! It is well earned.
I know some people will argue about whether or not she belongs there, or how Lita or Jacqueline or some other lady should be inducted in her place. You cannot deny the fact that Trish and Lita both pushed the division to higher levels and made it important, watchable and fun. BUT there was something about Trish that people just loved. I love Lita, but she was a bit of a sloppy, and at times dangerous, wrestler. Lita will enter the HOF one day, because she is an icon herself, but lets celebrate the 7-time women's champion and give her props for her contributions to the wrestling business, because they were many. Congratulations!!!
